The Spotlight DMV is a community media platform highlighting the people, businesses, organizations, events and ideas making an impact across Prince George's County, the greater DMV and beyond.

We look beyond the headlines to share stories of entrepreneurship, economic development, community impact and the people creating change in the places they call home.

But the goal isn't simply to tell you what's happening. By showing how people are building businesses, creating opportunities, solving problems and investing in their communities — and connecting you with businesses, events, resources and opportunities along the way — we hope to inspire more of us to get involved, take action and help build the communities we want to see.
